This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking, and loads no content from third parties. Our hosting provider, Hostinger, keeps standard technical server logs (such as IP address, date and page requested) for security and troubleshooting.

When you contact us or become a client

We use your name, contact details and the documents you send us only to prepare quotes, deliver our services, invoice and meet our legal obligations. Documents are shared only with the linguist(s) working on your project, who are bound by confidentiality.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use, by emailing us. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Autorité de protection des données / Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit).
