Localisation & Communications

Software, websites and communications in over 100 languages.

French, Dutch and English handled in-house, every other language by native specialists from our network. We translate, adapt and test your content so it works for each audience, in the format it will actually be used.

What we do

Software & app localisation

We work directly in your resource files and translation-tool formats, keep terminology consistent across releases, and test the result in context on real devices. Testing follows ISTQB methodology and console-industry localisation QA standards.

Websites & e-learning

Full website localisation, e-learning modules and online help, delivered into your CMS or authoring tool with layout checks.

Corporate communications

Copywriting and transcreation for campaigns, newsletters, press releases and internal communication — written for the reader, not translated word for word, by a team with agency PR experience on international technology brands.

Technical translation

Manuals, specifications, tender documents and regulatory files, translated by specialists in construction & infrastructure, energy, finance and medical fields.

Sworn translation & interpretation

Certified translations for courts, notaries and administrations, with legalisation or apostille arranged, and sworn interpreters.

How sworn translation works →

How a project works

  1. Brief. You send the files (or a link) and tell us the audience, deadline and languages.
  2. Fixed quote. We analyse the content with translation-memory tools, so repeated text isn't charged twice, and confirm price and delivery date.
  3. Translation & review. A native specialist translates; a second linguist reviews. Your terminology and style guide are applied throughout.
  4. Testing & delivery. Software and websites are checked in context before delivery, in the file format you need.
  5. Follow-up. We keep your translation memory and glossary, so updates are faster and cheaper.

Sectors: construction & infrastructure · legal · finance · medical · energy & environment · e-learning.

Sworn translation & interpretation

Certified translations for official use.

Translations signed and sealed by sworn translators recognised by the Belgian FPS Justice, accepted by courts, notaries and administrations — with legalisation or apostille arranged when your document is going abroad.

When you need one

  • Civil status documents: birth, marriage and death certificates, divorce rulings
  • Diplomas and transcripts for recognition or job applications
  • Court documents, judgments and summonses
  • Notarial deeds, company statutes and powers of attorney
  • Contracts and documents for public tenders

How it works

  1. Send a scan or photo of the document and tell us where it will be used. We confirm price and delivery date.
  2. Translation by a sworn translator, who signs and stamps the translation and attaches it to a copy of the original.
  3. Legalisation or apostille, if needed. If the receiving authority asks for it — usually when the document is used abroad — we arrange it with the FPS Foreign Affairs.
  4. Delivery by post, pick-up or electronically, depending on what the receiving authority accepts.

Sworn interpretation

Sworn interpreters for hearings, notarial deeds, civil ceremonies and meetings, in all language pairs. Please book early and tell us the date, place, duration and languages.
